Happiness comes on the right time??

Day #4 in Le Cordon Bleu.. hoam yawn!
We were learning about how to turning vegetables such as potatoes and carrots because not every veggies we can modification into barrel shape. So what dishes what I made were Chateau Potatoes, Glazed Carrots and Turnips and also Eggplant and Tomato Stew. 
Don't forget every demo class, chef have 1 other recipes that just for demonstration only, it means we don't need to do that when in practical class or real kitchen class. For the 4th day or "Lesson 3", chef made for demo was green beans with pesto sauce.



















Guess what I forgot to take a picture of mine. However, I got surprised present from kitchen, which is "blue band". Hahaha!
